First, the sensor door switch is not too slow or too soft.

1. The opening or closing speed is too slow: check the switch door settings and adjust the switch door speed value.

2. The buffer distance setting is too large: adjust the buffer settings.

3. When the door opens, if someone touches the sensor or there are foreign objects, it causes an abnormal mode. Temporarily close the sensor once.

4. Walking resistance is too great: cut off the power, open the door by hand, etc., and check for obstacles in the track.

Second, the sensor door does not move.

1. No power: check if the circuit and terminal switch are turned on.

2. Sensor error: replace the sensor.

3. There are foreign objects in the door track. Turn off the power and check if the door moves smoothly. Remove obstacles.

4. The connection wire is inappropriate or short-circuited: please check the connection. Reconnect or replace.

Third, the door cannot close.

1. The sensor of the sensor door continues to work: A. There are moving objects in the sensor area, causing erroneous actions. B. There are no moving objects in the sensor area. Replace the sensor. C. Check if there are foreign objects in the four safety beam probes (remove the probe, clean it, and reinsert it). D. Check if the symmetrical probes are on the same plane (adjust the probe position).

2. Sensor signal line short circuit: A. Light axis deviation: replace the signal line. B. After removing the signal line from the terminal, does the door close?

Third, the sensor door will switch automatically.

1. Sensor misoperation: A. Are there moving objects in the sensing area? Moving objects move within the sensing area.

B. There are strong radio waves near the door. Please move the machine that emits strong radio waves.

C. Overlap with other sensor detection areas: switch the anti-interference switch.

C. There are fluorescent lights in the sensing area: move the fluorescent lights within the sensing area.

2. Poor sensor, anti-jump phenomenon, replace the sensor.

Fourth, the sensor door cannot fully open.

Set to half-open mode: check the full/half-open width door switch, then switch to full-open mode.

Fifth, the door is aligned with the frame.

Incorrect initial torque setting: set the initial torque.

Sixth, there are abnormal sounds when operating the door body.

1. Check if there is dirt on the track.

2. Check if the suspension wheel or support wheel is installed correctly, if it is loose, or if it is damaged.

3. Confirm if the belt tension is appropriate.

4. Check if the door body and the three frames are too close. Slightly adjust the screws connecting the suspension wheels and the door frame away from the wall.

When the automatic door does not move, please check the following steps.

1. Power off.

2. Push the fan by hand.

A. Not smooth: the door leaf and the three frames or tracks are not suitable. Too much dust has accumulated on the track. There are problems with the guide wheel, or the installation or adjustment of the body is improper.

B. Smoothness: check the electrical wiring.

3. Turn on the power, press the test button on the controller.

A. The leaf action is smooth.

Check for sensor issues, sensor failure or malfunction. The sensor lead is cut off.

B. The leaf action is not smooth.

Power beam device issue: poor joint contact. Controller or motor issue.
